Have we seen any evidence of this [...]  The 20 wind turbines on Hare Hill in New Cumnock run by Scottish Power generate 13 Megawatts of power. Each turbine can produce up to 600 kilowatts of electricity.  An Air Source Heat Pump was chosen to heat the Swimming Pool to help in energy savings costs and to reduce emissions. New Cumnock is one of the last Scottish communities to boast an outdoor swimming pool.
